New Customer Registration: Customers preregister to use a kiosk by providing to the service provider their name, address, phone number & credit or debit card information at the service provider’s store, entering the information on their website or by phone call or text message.
DropOff™ Customer: When a customer wants to DropOff™ an order in a locker or drawer, they must contact the service provider by their choice of PHONE, TEXT or EMAIL, present their PIN, if assistance is required, and the day that they would like to PickUp™ their order, and the service provider notifies them which locker or drawer to put their order in and the combination to unlock it.
PickUp™ Service Provider: It is up to the cleaner to maintain a log of locker or drawer numbers given to customers to DropOff™ their orders, if assistance is requested, and the day they requested to PickUp™ their order based on the service schedule. When an order is removed from a locker or drawer the service provider places a stick-on label on the customer order with their PIN, if was requested and customer selected PickUp™ day, and enters In the log that the locker or drawer is available.
DropOff™ Service Provider: The cleaner refers to the log of available lockers or drawers and first addresses customers requesting assistance, selecting the first available locker or drawer on the lower level, entering the last used lock combination to open the locker or drawer, places the order in the locker or drawer, changes the lock combination, enters the same in the log and contacts the customer by PHONE, TEXT or EMAIL, as requested by the customer, to inform them that their order is in the kiosk and ready for PickUp™, the locker or drawer number and combination required to open the door or drawer.
PickUp™ Customer:The customer enters the provided combination number, opens the door or drawer, removes their order, releases the door or drawer, it self-closes and locks.

eAnytime® DropOff™ kiosks are 2.5’Wx2.25’Dx6’H and constructed of industrial steel, painted with silver epoxy or stainless steel and have a Diver™ Push door, circular key access, easy lift-up top access, hidden lockable casters, flanged feet, WeatherShield™, and an optional combination lock and poly-bag dispenser.
DropOff™ Dry Cleaning & Laundering Customer: Lifts WeatherShield™ if an outdoor kiosk, enters cleaner provided combination lock number if kiosk has the optional lock and turns knob to the right to unlock PUSH door, and takes a poly bag from the optional dispenser and puts their items in bag with a note with name and telephone number written on it, knots bag and pushes it or a cleaner provided VIP bag with Identification tag brought from home with items already in it through the PUSH door, turns the combination lock knob to the left and spins the numbers to lock the PUSH door.
DropOff™ Uniform Laundering Customer: Lifts WeatherShield™ if an outdoor kiosk, enters cleaner provided combination lock number if kiosk has the optional lock and turns knob to the right to unlock PUSH door and the uniform through the PUSH door.
PickUp™ Dry Cleaning & Laundering Customer: TCustomers pick up finished orders at the service provider's store or the service provider delivers them to their home or place of business and charges the customer's registered credit or debit card for the service.
PickUp™ Uniform Laundering Customer: Customers receive a new uniform at their place of business.
